If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and smooth Return & Exchange Policy.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return/exchange only if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Tags and packaging are intact.

  • A request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

  • Innerwear

  • Accessories

  • Items purchased during Clearance/Sale

  • Customized or special edition items


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@snipperbrand.com or raise a request from “My Account”.

  2. Provide order number, product photos, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will verify and schedule a pickup (if serviceable).

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, store credit/refund will be processed.


3. Exchange Process

You may exchange for:

  • Different size

  • Different color

  • Another product of equal value

Exchange is shipped only after the returned item is received and approved by our QC team.


4. Refund Process

Refund will be issued only in the following formats:

  • Store Credit (valid for 6 months)

  • Bank Refund (only in case of damaged/defective/wrong item delivered)

Refund timeline: 5–7 working days after QC approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Share unboxing video + photos as proof

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund


6. Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is available in selected pin codes

  • If pickup is unavailable, you may need to courier the item to us

  • For self-shipping, courier charges up to ₹80 may be reimbursed (with valid receipt)


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you may raise a return request after delivery.
